Fabric
100% natural linen from trusted European mills, around 185 g/m² (medium weight). OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric: soft, breathable and durable, and it gets softer with every wash.
Made to order in Ukraine
Every piece is cut and sewn to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine. We don't keep ready-made stock, so each item is made especially for you. Need a size that isn't listed? Contact us and we'll make it for you. Please note that custom-size items can't be returned.
Care
Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F), tumble dry on low or line dry. Iron while slightly damp for a crisp look, or leave it naturally crinkled.
Colors
All photos are taken in natural daylight without filters, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Not sure which shade to choose? Order our fabric samples first. See all shades in our Colors Guide.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders to the USA travel with FedEx consolidated shipping; orders to other countries are sent by standard mail (Ukrposhta). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Details: Shipping policy.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Every CoolLinen piece is made to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (applied automatically at checkout). Orders under $50 ship for a flat $8.
- USA: FedEx consolidated shipping, usually about 7–14 days after your parcel ships.
- Other countries: standard mail (Ukrposhta), usually 5–10 business days to Europe and 10–21 business days to other destinations.

Returns & exchanges
- Standard sizes: you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Custom sizes, personalized and embroidered items are made especially for you and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Measure your tabletop and add a drop of about 8–12 inches (20–30 cm) on each side. When you order, tell us your table size and the drop you'd like, and we'll double-check the size before sewing.
