Every CoolLinen piece is cut and sewn to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine, from linen we source from trusted European mills, and shipped directly to you. This page explains where we ship, how much it costs and how long delivery takes.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
• Orders under $50: flat rate of $8 per order.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us and we will check the options for you.

Production time

We don't keep ready-made stock: your order is cut, sewn and checked before it ships. Large, personalized or embroidered orders can take longer. If your order will need more time than usual, we will let you know by email.

How we ship

Delivery times below are counted from the day your parcel is shipped.

• United States: all orders travel with FedEx consolidated shipping and usually arrive in about 7–14 days, depending on the season.
• All other countries: orders are sent by standard mail (Ukrposhta). Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days to Europe and 10–21 business days to other destinations such as Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Need your order by a specific date, for a wedding or an event? Write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our tracking page or ask us in the chat.

Customs

Orders shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address and delivery issues

• Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before the parcel ships.
• If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to solve it.
