Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CoolLinen. Every piece is made to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine. We don't keep ready-made stock, so each item is cut and sewn especially for you. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Standard sizes

If you are not happy with an item in one of our standard sizes, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Please contact us at coolcoollinen@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we will confirm your return.
  • Returns are sent to our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine (Sribnokilska St. 22, office 186, Kyiv 02095). This means a return is an international shipment for customers outside Ukraine.
  • Return shipping costs, including international shipping and any customs fees, are paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Once we receive and check the item, we will send the exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Custom sizes, personalized and embroidered items

Items made in a custom size, personalized or embroidered to your request are made especially for you and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging. After checking the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. In this case you don't pay for return shipping.

Colors

All our photos are taken in natural daylight without filters, but colors can look slightly different on different screens. Small color differences from the photos are not considered a defect. If you are not sure about a color, we recommend ordering our fabric samples before placing your order.

Cancellations

Because every item is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel it.
