FAQ

Q: Can I order fabric samples?

Yes. Order our linen fabric samples to see and feel the colors before you buy.

Yes. Our workshop in Kyiv works as usual: we cut, sew and ship orders every week, and international mail and FedEx deliveries operate normally. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Thank you for supporting a Ukrainian small business!

Everything is cut and sewn to order. Most orders are sewn within 1–2 business days. Large, embroidered or custom orders can take longer; if yours needs more time, we'll let you know by email.

All orders to the USA travel with FedEx consolidated shipping and usually arrive in about 7–14 days after your parcel ships. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Orders to other countries are sent by standard mail (Ukrposhta). Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days to Europe and 10–21 business days to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations. Orders of $50 or more ship free. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Orders shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Measure your tabletop and add the drop (the part that hangs over the edge) twice. For an everyday look, a drop of 8–12" (20–30 cm) on each side works well. You don't need to add anything for shrinkage: we allow for it when we cut. When you order, tell us your table size and the drop you'd like, and we'll double-check the size before sewing. See our Tablecloth Size Guide and Napkin Size Guide.

Every piece is made to order, and custom-size items can't be returned. If you're not sure about a color, please order our fabric samples first. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Every shade has its own number in our Colors Guide, so it's easy to order matching or mixed sets. Tablecloths have their own palette, shown on each tablecloth page. If you can't find the color you want, write to us and we'll check what we have in stock.

We sew large orders for restaurants, hotels, events and gift shops, as well as custom sizes and embroidery. Contact us with the quantity, sizes, colors, delivery country and the date you need your order, and we'll prepare a quote for you. We reply within 24 hours.
