OEKO-TEX® Certified
Why OEKO-TEX® certified linen matters for your home
At CoolLinen, we care about what touches your skin and your table. That's why we work with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified linen from European mills: fabric that has been independently tested for harmful substances.
What does OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 mean?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is one of the best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. Certified fabric is tested against a long list of regulated and non-regulated substances that can be harmful to health. For you this means:
- Tested for harmful substances: including formaldehyde, heavy metals and certain pesticides.
- Suitable for everyday use: for napkins, table linens and textiles that come into direct contact with skin.
- Independent testing: the fabric is checked by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes, not just by the manufacturer.
Natural linen, made to last
Linen is a natural, durable fabric that gets softer with every wash. With OEKO-TEX® certified fabric you can enjoy linen napkins, tablecloths, placemats and towels with peace of mind.
Every CoolLinen piece is cut and sewn to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.
