By placing an order at CoolLinen, you agree to the following terms of payment.

1. Payment authorization

All payments must be authorized by the payment provider before an order is processed. If a payment fails, the order is not confirmed until the payment is completed successfully.

2. Fraud prevention & verification

To keep payments secure, we may request additional verification for high-value orders. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may put the order on hold or cancel it.

3. Currency & additional charges

All payments are processed in USD ($). If you pay from outside the United States, your bank may charge currency conversion fees; CoolLinen is not responsible for charges set by financial institutions. Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the customer.

4. Order processing

Every item is made to order. We start production only after full payment is received. An order confirmation is sent to your email; if you don't receive it, please contact coolcoollinen@gmail.com.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Because items are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; once production has started, we may not be able to cancel your order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Refund policy for details.
