Terms of payment
By placing an order at CoolLinen Store, you agree to the following terms of payment. These terms ensure a secure transaction process and protect both the buyer and the seller.
1. Payment Authorization
- All payments must be authorized by the payment provider before an order is processed.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed until the transaction is successfully completed.
2. Fraud Prevention & Verification
- To ensure security, CoolLinen Store reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value transactions.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may cancel the order or place it on hold until verification is completed.
3. Currency & Additional Charges
- All payments are processed in USD ($).
- If you are making a purchase from outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. CoolLinen Store is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by financial institutions.
4. Order Processing & Payment Confirmation
- Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
- Once a transaction is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact coolcoollinen@gmail.com.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If an order needs to be canceled or refunded, refer to our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the payment method used and the status of the order.
