Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Card payments are processed through Authorize.Net by our US-based payment partner. Because of this, the charge on your bank or card statement may show our payment partner's name instead of "CoolLinen". If you don't recognize a charge, please contact us at coolcoollinen@gmail.com with your order number and we'll confirm it.

Currency

All prices and transactions are in USD. If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.
