Shipping policy
Every CoolLinen piece is cut and sewn to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine, from linen we source from trusted European mills, and shipped directly to you.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (applied automatically at checkout).
- Orders under $50: flat rate of $8 per order.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us.
Production time
We don't keep ready-made stock: each order is cut, sewn and checked before it ships. Large, personalized or embroidered orders can take longer; if your order needs more time than usual, we will let you know by email.
How we ship (delivery times counted from the day your parcel ships)
- United States: all orders travel with FedEx consolidated shipping and usually arrive in about 7–14 days, depending on the season.
- All other countries: standard mail (Ukrposhta), usually 5–10 business days to Europe and 10–21 business days to other destinations such as Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Need your order by a specific date? Write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Tracking
We email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow it at coollinen.store/apps/track123.
Customs
Orders shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to solve it.
