Delivery

Every CoolLinen piece is made to order in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.

• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (applied automatically at checkout). Orders under $50 ship for a flat $8.
• USA: FedEx consolidated shipping, usually about 7–14 days after your parcel ships.
• Other countries: standard mail (Ukrposhta), usually 5–10 business days to Europe and 10–21 business days to other destinations.

Returns & exchanges

• Standard sizes: you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Custom sizes, personalized and embroidered items are made especially for you and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
